Employee Training
Our employees are all carefully trained and supervised. We regularly send our installers and service people to continuing education courses and seminars to maintain and upgrade their high skill and knowledge levels.
All supervisors are National Burglar and Fire Alarm certified technicians.

Our Team
The strength of Abcode Security is the team, everyone has diverse and complementary skills and a belief that together we can really achieve something.
Fred entered the security world in 2004 following a successful career in telecommunications. His computer based technological experience was a perfect fit for the evolving security industry. His primary responsibilities include everything from managing the company to meeting with potential customers and remaining up to date on the ever changing and improving security technology available. His vision for Abcode includes growth of business operations while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Vice President Daughter of Andy Jorgensen, founder of Abcode Security, Kori and her husband, Fred, purchased Abcode Security in 2008. With a background in logistics and human resources, Kori has found a niche in handling the backend of daily operations. She continues to support one of the initial company objectives which is to be a locally owned, small business that puts its customers’ needs first and is a positive influence in the community it works in. She is incredibly thankful to be a part of this company which allows her to have a solid work/life balance while working side by side with her husband, under the tutelage of her father, Andy.
An integral part of Abcode’s success has been because of the wisdom and performance of Ellen. She originally worked alongside her husband, Andy, in the set up and incorporation of Abcode more than 30 years ago. She is now handling the financial aspect of small business. Her constant attention to detail has proven to be invaluable in her current role.
Joining the Abcode team in 2014, Andrea has rapidly become the backbone of the office and daily operations. With a background in Pharmaceutical account support, she was quickly able to transfer those management skills into our office environment. She is the first line of support for both customers and her fellow staff. She is quick to problem solve and is instrumental in the overall functioning of the office.
Jeff began working for Abcode Security under the management of Andy Jorgensen and has remained as our most experienced technician. He is likely the most recognizable face to most of our customers as he is involved in so many of the installations and service calls. His accumulated knowledge over the years and his continued education credits has allowed him to find success in fixing problems with both older, antiquated equipment as well as the much more technological systems used now.
